Implementation & Support

Beanworks for Clubs directly provides the services needed to quickly and easily implement the software solutions at your Club. This includes configuration and set-up, online user training and go-live management. In addition, The Beanworks for Clubs staff provides first level customer support via email and telephone channels. For after-hours support, Beanworks Corporate maintains a robust support team based in Vancouver, Canada.

 

Phones are answered immediately whenever possible, and live support staff is standing by 9AM – 8PM EST.  Support emails are monitored off hours, and on-call staff ensures there is always someone to assist.
